Baggage Storage from Narita to Haneda 2024/10/24 14:02
Hello! I will be traveling in Japan for three weeks, and do not need to carry all my luggage with me. I will land at Narita, and leave from Haneda three weeks later. I'm wondering if there's anyway that I can transfer my luggage to Narita and store there, or do I have to use Yamato to send it to me somewhere and then I send back Narita. Thank you :)

So, not sure why you are landing in Narita, taking off from Haneda, but want to send your luggage back to Narita...don't you want to store at Haneda where you will be departing from?

Anyways, in my experience, for longer term storage of luggage (up to 30 days), JAL ABC, which has locations at both Haneda and Narita airports as well as other airports across Japan is a great choice. You can store your luggage right at the airport and have it available for you when you are ready to depart, no need to move it around Japan. Easy to use, reasonable cost, and located right in the Arrivals (and some times Departures) areas of the airport. No reservations needed.

See https://www.jalabc.com/en/hands-freetravel/baggage-storage.html for more info

Hope this helps.

Thank you for the help! I got confused in my original post -- I meant to ask sending it to Narita.

I also didn't understand your question. Wouldn't you want to send your luggage to HANEDA if you're leaving from HANEDA?

In any case, JAL ABC luggage service requires that you drop off the luggage in person, so upon arrival go to your departing airport and drop off whatever you do not need. (There is another service provider at airports, but they keep it only up to 2 weeks.)
