Rurikoin after sunset

I'm headed to Japan in late November and I was only able to make a reservation to visit Rurikoin at 5PM. With the sun setting at around 4:30, I was wondering what to expect. I know they have special tours for night viewing with the trees lit up but will they turn the lights for the public on by 5PM? Or will the gardens be primarily in the dark? Thanks!

It says you booked Rurikoin for 17:00, however it is already closing time.

As it says, there's special light-up of the garden between 11/9,11/10,11/15-11/24,11/26-12/1, which starts at 18:15, closing at 20:00.
If you would like to see lit-up garden, you need to book special light-up as below:
