Luggage storage and delivery service

We will be flying in to Osaka and flying out from Tokyo after 16 days traveling in Japan.
Is there any service which can store and then deliver my luggage ( 2 suitcases) to our last hotel in Tokyo or to the airport before departure?

Yes. However depends how many days later you want it delivered. Assuming you are shipping from Osaka airport to Tokyo hotel and youfll stay a few days at Tokyo hotel before departing thatfs probably the best option.

I would like to have the luggage delivered to our Tokyo hotel 2 days before our flight.
Do you know where I can find these services? I am only able to find luggage delivery services but could not find the storage option with it.

What for do you need storage options? The hotel will store the luggage for you, when they got it delivered by the package delivery service on the day you specified. (it is good to check before if they do, but generally all bigger hotels (especially business hotels) will do so. then usually your luggage will be already in your room or can be retrieved from the reception.
