Free lift ride in Fujiten Resort?

Does lift ticket are required to buy if I don't skii or snow boarding in Fujiten Snow Resort? Because I saw on video in tiktok mention that I can ride any ride freely if I dont skii or snowboarding?
Can anyone clarify this?

If possible is there which lift I can ride and which I cannot ride?

Is that even possible? Their FAQ (https://www.fujiten.net/faq/) says:

*Please note that lifts are only available to customers intending to ski or snowboard.
*However, for a limited time, the Romance Lift will be available as an "observation lift" and will be accessible even if you are not wearing skis or snowboards ( fees apply )
