EMS package stucked

EMS package: RM679098610JP
This package I bought from Japan website on 11 November 2024 ,it has been stucked at OSAKA custom and "Held by export Customs" for 20 days, when will I receive this package ? How can I contact them? Please help me 🙏🙏🙏

I don't think we can answer this for you.
I can see by the tracking its been held for 9 days, not 20.

You need to contact japan post on the English phone number which is on the tracking page of Japan posts website.

They may or may not be helpful.

Registered mail doesn't get tracked outside of Japan in many countries. When I use the service. It can take 3-6 for weeks to get to me.

We all know about import customs when a parcel arrives at destination but I must confess I didn't know export customs existed! I am genuinely surprised to hear about that in my fifties. You don't need to answer but what did buy from Japan that could be held for 20 days before living the country? One might think about rare Japanese painting like an original from Hokusai or an ancient and classified katana...most of stuff people order from abroad are usually video games, manga, DVD, figures nothing really valuable.

You should first contact the seller because it's actually their problem. You should not be the one contacting the customs. Maybe they did not fill correctly the label on the parcel or hide what was really inside.

You don't live in Russia, right? Because that might also be a problem...
