Refund for Skyliner tickets bought online

Hello!
I recently bought tickets for the Skyliner train from Narita to Ueno. However I recently discovered that I will be landing in Haneda instead (stupid mistake by me). Is there any way I can get a refund for the tickets? I havenft had much help looking it up online on their website.

Through what website did you by the tickets?
Keisei? Some 3rd party website?

Hello!
Yes the tickets were bought through the official site, I found a link on the FAQ where it said I could cancel the ticket and get a refund just in time!
