Book taxi in advance at Fuji / Gotemba?

Hello Everyone,

It's too late for me to apply for international driving license.

I have heard some people said that it's quite difficult to call a taxi at Fuji area with taxi app such as GO, UBER, and Didi. This worries me.

If I want to visit the Fuji Speedway and Fuji Q Highland without taking the public bus, is it possible use UBER, Go, Didi to book taxi in advance? Will the apps work in that area?

Is there a way to contact the taxi company that operates around Fuji and Gotemba area?

Anyone knows if the taxi company has their office located near the Gotemba station area?
