Uber/taxi in Kurashiki/Kojima?

My parents are old and would prefer to go around via car (taxi or Uber) instead of use trains/buses. Is Uber/taxi a viable choice in Kurashiki and in Kojima? Would it be easy to get a ride?

I'm not at all updated about Kurashiki area, but why not ask your question to your accommodation? I'm sure they would be happy to help with local information.
