From Shimoyoshida to Shin-Osaka

Hi,
I would be glad to get any information about this route. We're staying in Shimoyoshida, I found the route to get to Shin-Osaka, but I'm not sure if it's correct.
There is a bus from Fujikyū Highland bus stop to Mishima station north , can we buy tickets at this bus stop ? how often are the buses going?
