Don Quijote Ueno vs Okachimachi

Is there anyone that has been to both? They are only five minutes walk apart from each other, so I'm left wondering if one is either tiny or some kind of specialty store. Okachimachi is closer to the train station. We are hoping to pick up some last minutes souvenirs and suitcases.
