Can you take luggage with you on the boat from Hiroshima to Miyajima?

I should have been more clear. The boat (aquanet) that goes from Hiroshima to Miyajima. I questioned it because on their website they say they can guarantee space for trolley, so wondering if they have space even for luggage

If it is carry-on size luggage, no problem. Check in size luggage, depends on other travelers. The ship accommodates aound 60 guests, and if half of them carry check in size luggage, there will be 30 check in size luggages. I guess it will be a nightmare.

Their web page seem not welcome even strollers.

I think you may better make your baggage smaller, or use luggage delivery service. This is true in most public transportations in Japan.
