How long to get out of Naha Airport?

I will be flying into Naha from Tokyo with some friends early on a Saturday morning (flight lands at 9:10 AM). The first thing we're doing in Naha after landing requires an appointment time. Can anyone tell me about how long it takes between the airline landing time and when we would be able to get out of the airport? We'll be exiting the airport via Yui Rail. I will be carry-on only so I don't have to wait for luggage, but I don't know if all my friends will also be carry-on only.

If you sit in the front seats, you can be out of the airport in 5-10 minutes after reaching the gate. Plus 5 minutes if you sit in the back of the plane.
