Can I start the alpine pass to Matsumoto?

Most of people start using the alpine pass (5days) from Nagoya - Toyama.

Can I start the first day of the alpine pass with Nagoya-Matsumoto.

I am going to arrive in Chubu Centrair Airport on 14 th April 2025 but I am still being confuse.
