I know the question was asked a couple of years ago but in case people are looking for one now...There is a billiards place is in Yamanota, close to Red Cabbage (grocery store). Hatabu stn (the one before Shimonosek) is the closest. You can take a taxi to Red Cabbage - it costs maybe 1000. Once you get to Red Cabbage - with that on your right and Royal Host on your left, you walk up the street for 5 or so mins. The place is called Club K and is on your left.
