Good hair salons in/around Misawa?

I am an american in Misawa and I am looking to get my hair colored. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a good place to go. I don't speak the language very well and I am very particlaur when it comes to my hair.

There is a salon on the same road as McDonalds called L.I.X, the guy there is really good but he doesn't speak much English. It is right across the street from Aburi-on.

I am here for about two months visiting my AF husband and wanted to know if there were salons in Misawa that use L'oreal for their hair coloring?
I assume if I just tell them L5 or 5N they will get the jist?
