Miyajima tides and firewalking

Hello, Uji in my previous question I asked about tide times at Miyajima but I had the wrong dates. Could you please let me know what time high tides are at Miyajima on Wednesday November 15 and Thursday November 16?
Also, the Lonely Planet guidebook says that on November 15 monks at Miyajima do some firewalking. I've not found any other information about this, can you help? Specifically, is this something visitors can watch, and what time of day is it (i.e. if it's at night then would I need to be staying on the island overnight to see it?). Can anyone tell me what happens or let me know where I can find more information about this? Thank-you.

Visiting during low tide

I can visit Miyajima only during low tide at about 19:47 on 23th August... It should be high tide at about 01:36 after midnight again and previous high tide (3.06m) is at 14:05. The low tide is to be 1.71 meters... But since I have no idea what does 1.71 meters look like, can anyone say whether it's still OK (I want to see the torii in water... And it's already dark at half past 7 in Japan) or there's no chance to see the floating torii in Miyajima for me...?
Thank you!
