Hi, On the Yunessun Japanese website, there is a link to some packages: http://www.yunessun.com/index_otoku.htmlOne of the offers was Viking lunch & entrance to Yunessun which cost only 3,500 yen on weekdays. This is even lower than the entrance fees itself. Are there any conditions to qualify for such packages?

You just have to print out the coupon and bring it to Yunessun. One coupon is good for up to 5 people.

Hi Uji,
Have you tried the restaurants in Yunessun.
Is it a good place to have our meals in the Hakone area?

Does anyone know if cameras are allowed into the Yunessun spa resort areas?

Nelson,
They are probably not allowed in the unclothed bathing areas, but there was no problem in the swimsuit areas when I went there a couple of years back. A splashproof camera would of course be advisable.

I went to Yunessun today and and brought along my camera. They are not a problem in the Yunessun & Yutopia areas but not allowed in the Mori-no yu section.

Everything is more expensive at this resort town area. It is advisable to bring a light snack for lunch or dinner so that you can save some $$$. Besides, the food at Yunessen or hotel nearby is not that good.

I went to the Italian restaurant and had pasta. It was not that good but I was hungry. There is not much to eat up there. The restaurants try to be "western" but it is not working. I would rather have Japanese food. I am sure they can make Japanese food In Japan!

I looked over the site and couldn't find any current offers similar to the viking lunch package offered over 3 years ago. Sorry, but it seems that the deal has expired.
