I had a normal stylist on the military base but she has left Japan and I'm now out of luck. I have pretty long dreads. They are past my shoulder but do to a bunch of things I haven't gotten them done in about two months. I know of a salon in Roppongi but I do not know the name or any other info and I also know of a place in Shibuya that recently opened. Anyone else know any places that do black dreads and not dread extensions. And before any of you ask the woman who did my hair was the only one who did dreads at Room 808 and 4/U
