My family and I have been booked into the Hakone Kowakudani Onsen Mizunooto. We have been unable to find any information on this establishment. Has anyone stayed at there or know of it and have any feedback? Any information is appreicated. Thank you in advance.

It's my favourite and I stayed there three times.
Room is spacious, clean and have everything you want (including microwave and mini kitchen), they have both Japanese style rooms and western ones, and those "fusion" type. The last one is the best, you can try both futon or western bed.
Food is also excellent, extremely fresh seafood and good meat, also the staff of this hotel is very pleasant and helpful.
I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay there!

Hi,
I checked out the site and it looks really nice. I was wondering how do book this hotel. I cannot read japanese and I tried booking it online but it does not work. Also, do you know how to get to this hotel from Tokyo?

I asked them before if they accept a booking via phone to find not all of the reps speak English, therefore an email enquiry would be preferable.
