I have tried to contact Benesse to make reservations for November. I finally received a reservation number but no following confirmation and no password given. Now I don't receive any reply on their e-mail. Does anyone have a suggestion besides telephoning?

My wife and I are staying at Benesse in late May. Try fax 81-87-892 2259 and give your reservation number and email address. They will reply promptly - well did for us. Goodluck!!
