I doubt there are any Geisha schools, but why not try studying Tea Ceremony? It is a very refined Japanese art. You could probably learn how to wear kimono and lots of other things if you study tea ceremony. Urasenke has a branch in San Francisco: http://www.urasenke.org/ and in Seattle too: http://urasenkeseattle.org/I don't know about other cities.
