How do you say "pity me" in Japanese? Also, what about "help me?"

I can't quite imagine how you want to use this phrase, but "please take a pity on me" would be "Watashi wo kawaisou to omotte kudasai" (literally: Please consider me a pitiful being). "Awarende kudasai" or "Nasake wo kakete kudasai" would be other ways to put it, but it sounds a bit exaggerated.
For "help me," if you REALLY mean "help me," it would be "Tasukete kudasai." If you mean "please give me a helping hand (in me doing something), that would be "Tetsudatte kudasai."
If you want to say "Please take a pity on me and help me" it would be "Watashi wo kawaisou to omotte, tasukete kudasai."
