Tokyo Metro map calendar

Anyone know where I can buy those map/calendars that Tokyo Metro puts up around their stations with a map of Tokyo and all their lines? Would love to get one as a souvenir. Thanks.

It's called "Tokyo Metro Network Calender" and sold at commuter pass office at stations. Costs 350 yen.
