shipping my dog

i'll be leaving japan soon and will be going home to the philippines in a few months. I found a website about exporting and importing pets in japan but seem to have deleted it. :S anyone got ideas?

Please note that those are the Japanese procedures, the Phillipines would probably have their own procedures to bring animals INTO the Philipines, so you need to check with the government there to see what teh procedures maybe.
