Can you help me identify a scroll?

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help me identify a scroll I got randomly a couple of years ago. I have posted pictures on my web site. I guess deciphering the hanko would be the most help, but anything else about it would be helpful as well - my kanji comprehension is about that of a native 3rd grader.

The scroll seems to be very old Chinese text and hard to read even for average Japanese adults.

The only part I can identify is –ЕêŽO‘J’f‹@ (a famous idiom about Mencius' mother) on the top of the fourth line.
