Hey, I'm moving to Japan at the end of this month, specifically Kawaguchi City. In America, I'm a frequent patron of local hookah bars. I was wondering if there are any in Japan or specifically in or around Kawaguchi City?

Do you mean Kawaguchi city in Saitama? If so, I'm sure you'll spend more time out in Tokyo, which is just over the river, than in Kawaguchi, which is a small city not known for its nightlife.
I have heard of hookah bars in Tokyo, but haven't been to one myself.
