ば used with な adjective 2007/8/5 01:10
I know ば cannot be used with nouns and な adjectives, but i can find examples in books using ば with な adjective like below:
(もし) 体が じょうぶなら(ば)、わたしは 海で 泳ぎたい です。Can any one help me?

This is not "ba"; it's "naraba" (meaning "if").
Look up "nara" and "naraba" in any decent textbook or online grammar site.
