hakone or anything else

I am travelling Japan for 1 week this Aug starting 19th.

I plan to visit - Tokyo 1.5 days, Kyoto 2 days, Mt fuji climb 1.5 day, Nara and mt koya 1 day.

So I have 1 more day - Should I visit Hakone or some other place ? Hiroshima is way further south. Anything closeby Tokyo region that is more recommended than Hakone ?

I would stay an additional day in Tokyo. Only one day and a half in Tokyo is too short.

From Kyoto to Nara sightseeing to Mr Koya sightseeing same day back to Kyoto, that is rather rushed. Why not stay overnight Mt Koya and back to Kyoto or Tokyo on that day extra. When you fly out of Narita the hikari shinkansen and Narita Express leaving Kyoto at 07.00 arrives Narita airport at 11.00 h so preferably flight is after 13.00 h, earlier flight needs stay overnight in Tokyo or Narita.
