EPL not being shown on Skyperfect!

Alright everyone, not sure if you know but Skyperfect are currently in negotiations over showing the EPL this season and it's not looking very good. They are definitely NOT broadcasting on the 180 channels so it'll be limited to three channels if they do show it, which means less games if any!
So my question is does anyone know how to pick up Chinese or Thai satellite from Japan or know of anyway to watch the matches?
