air pass 2007/8/9 20:14
It is said here on site that foreign travellers can get discounts for domestic flights with air passes. How can I get the air pass from abroad? Originally I will be heading to Tokyo from Kazakhstan and then from Tokyo to Okinawa and back

Through JAL, ANA or a member airline of Star Alliance or oneworld.

thanks Uji. but actually my question was kinda technical. I was asking our ticket sellers who deal with japan airlines listed here of those passes and they do not know how this works. should I call to japan airlines help desk?

I have used the JAL pass recently and they are excellent value, check out the link below for more information. From what I know, you cannot buy the pass yourself, your travel agent/ ticket reseller have to get it for you on top of your ticket to Japan. So get them to do the homework to find out how to get it or get a better agent.
