the distance between Oma and Tokyo

i have a question hope you will help me.
my friend,a cyclist,went to Hokkaido several days ago,now he wanna come back,but doesn't have enough money buy ticket from Tomakomai to Tsuruga.he decided ride from Oma to Tsuruga,he can ride 150km/day,my question is how many days will take from Oma to Tsuruga by riding?
i am not a Japanese,i can not find the answer on internet.
