Can I know what is the opening hours of Ameyoko in Ueno?
Are these makeshift store or shops?

It depends on the individual store. Most seem to open around 10:00 to 11:00 and close around 18:00 to 20:00.
Many stores are closed on one or more Wednesdays per month.
