Hi there, I would like to find out is it fine to visit Wakkanai, Rishiri and Rebun Island in Nov? I am not too sure if the weather there will be too harsh during this period? Anyone visited there during this period before? please share. :)

I have not been there during November, but looking at the weather statistics, it seems to be a period of bad weather, especially in mid and late November, when it is cloudy, rainy or snowy on 9 out of 10 days.
Temperatures are 4 to 10 degrees in early November and -2 to 3 degrees in late November.
Usually there is not a lot of snow.
