How to get Kintetsu Pass?

Hi, i am from Singapore and would like to get a 5Day Kintetsu Rail Pass. There are no authorised travel agent here listed by Kinki Nippon Tourist. I also looked at earlier link and called up World Holidays in Singapore but they are no longer handling the sale of the pass.
In addition, i am thinking of visiting Ise Shrine. Would i be templed out from the many shrines and temples since i am also going Osaka, Kyoto, Nara? Any recommendations for less than JPY10,000 accomodation in Ise or Toba,is Ise or Toba better?

I'll post a list of Japanese travel agencies in Singapore though I'm not sure if they handle KINTETSU pass.

Is there anywhere i can exchange for the Kintetsu rail pass in Narita Airport, Centrair airport or NAgoya station area?
Does anyone have somesort of a list of the Kinki Nippon Tourist offices?

You can exchange it at Kinetsu Nagoya Station.

Nagoya Airport doesn't have Kinetsu railways, and Narita Airport isn't even in the Kinetsu railways service area.

looks like i might have to give the pass a miss as i may not make it in time to exchange it :)

The pass is an exceptionally good value depending on how you use it.
