I am struggling finding a room in Nara end of October. The "Little Nara Club Hotel" seems to be free - does anybody know it? has experience of staying there?

I just checked Rakuten's reviews on this accomodation(Japanese). First off, this is a pension (family-run lodge) not a hotel. And it is located in the residential area (3min walk from the nearest bus stop : 8 min bus from Kintetsu Nara station) and in a walking distance from Todaiji temple (15 min). Customers reviews are mostly good. (Total score: 4.5 ouf of 5)
"Homey, cosy" "Foods are good" "Good for family" " Nice location" "I expected hotel so I was a bit disappointed" " Buses are frequent"
