JR Pass valuable for me or not?

I will be there in October. My itenary is Tokyo 3 days, Kyoto 3 Days, Osaka 1 day and Hiroshima 1 day. Is it possible or too tight? I will not do round trip as my flight is Shanghai- Tokyo and Hiroshima-Shanghai. JR pass will be cheaper or not? Thanks,
