Does anyone know where can I buy pokemon/duel master/magic card and toys in tokyo?
Where is the best place to shop for boys' toys?

Why don't you check toy section of major department stores, such as, Takashimaya, Isetan, Tobu and so on?
If you look for something unique, you may visit POKEMON CENTER near Hamamatsucho station.
