Cheapest place for skincare products? (Japanese brands)
in Osaka, or Kyoto. Would a particular shop (name) be good, or would the airport be better? thanks.
brands like SKII, Shu Uemura, Fancl, Kose, Kanebo

Fancl does not offer discount unless they are on sale. (Their sell products mainly online) Major drug stores often offer 20-30% discount for Kose/Kanebo products. I'll leave SKII and Shu Uemura to other posters...

KOKUMIN, MATSUMOTO-KIYOSHI, DAIKOKU-DRUG, OS-DRUG are major drug stores. You can get Japanese brands cosmetics with a 20-30% discount in these stores. You can find these stores in Shinsaibashisuji-Shotengai, Ebisubashisuji-Shotengai, Nambawalk in Osaka. MISUGI-YAKKYOKU also offer a 20-30% discount. It is a cosmetic store. The outlets are in Namba City and Whity Umeda in Osaka.
However, you cannot get products of Fancl and Shu-uemura in these stores above. You can get only that of Shiseido, Kanebo, Kose, Kao Sofina, SK-2(Max Factor) and so on. Fancl is sold only in Fancl, and Shu-uemura is sold in department stores.
