Sikh Temples (Gurdwaras) Kobe & Tokyo

Im heading to Japan in under a week for 3 weeks.

I will be touring around the south of Japan and will be staying in Kyoto and Tokyo for 4 days in each city.

I read about the temple in Kobe, is it easy to get to from Kyoto?

Also I seen theres a another temple in Tokyo, but it only opens once a month, is this true?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The post I found said, "Take #2 or #16 bus from SANNOMIYA station and get off at Nozaki-dori San(3)-chome.

From Kyoto to Sannomiya, it takes about 50 min by JR rapid.

The temple in Tokyo should be somewhere in Otsuka but I couldn't get any info on the net. Hope that other posters will help you.
