Travelling from Hakone to Magome

Hi everyone,
We are looking to travel from our inn in Hakone (Fuji-Hakone Guesthouse in Sengokuhara) to our minshuku in Magome on Tuesday, october 16th.
We have to be at our minshuku in Magome no later then 17.00 to be in time for dinner.
Will this be doable?
I know we need to take the bus from the guesthouse to Odawara, then onwards to Nagoya and Nakutsagawa by train and by bus again to Magome, but having real trouble finding the bus times for Hakone especially.
I am a bit worried if we can make it in time.
Any help would be really appreciated.

The nearest bus stop to the Guesthouse is SENKYORO-MAE (仙郷楼前).
Basically buses are very frequent. About every 20 min on weekdays and every 10 min on weekends and it takes 50 min to Odawara station.
