Is it possible to find a store in tokyo that sells Left Handed Childrens Electric Guitars?

In case you cannot find one, you can do what I used to.
Buy a right handed guitar and re-string it.

Music instruments stores are concentrated in Ochanomizu area. Taniguchi Gakki is known for having the largest stock of left-hand electric guitars. Why don't check the store? If you don't know where the music shops are at Ochanomizu, take the western exit of JR Ochanomizu Station, and walk south down the main street. There are many shops on both sides of the road.
