It doesn't seem to be explicitly stated, but the price is for 5 ml (approximately one month's supply), which I assume is one tube. If you are confused by the mention of "two tubes" on the page, that is just saying that postage is free if you buy two or more.
The pink product is intended for use on eyebrows and eyelashes.
