Hi!
Is it possible if I take 2 days and 1 night in Hakone to take a tour around Hakone, Yogohama and Kamakura?
Day 1 : Hakone Tour
Day 2 : Yogohama & Kamakura
If I buy Hakone Free Pass, can I use it for returning to Yogohama? Thanks.

Its Yokohama.
The Hakone Free pass covers back to Tokyo/Shinjuku. So from their you'll have to backtrack down to Yokohama, or otherwise, use a Hakone free pass from Odawara to visit Hakone, and just pay from Odawara to Yokohama.
