Hi, anyone out there knows whether it is possible to register new subscription used/second hand keitai bought from auction/net. Are there any extra charges involved as well?

I'm not sure that it is possible to register old ketai on a new account, and I can think of few reasons why you would want to do that because getting a new keitai is relatively cheap. You can easily find them for 0 yen when signing a new contract.
