Can I use the JR Pass for traveling from Osaka to Arima Onsen and also from Osaka to Shirahama?

Kaef, Osaka-Shirahama can be done only by JR. But Osaka-Sannomiya is not completely done by JR. You need to use non-JR trains, too. And non-JR trains are not covered by JR pass.

Osaka-Arima Onsen, I mean. Osaka-Sannoymiya part is done by JR. Sorry.
