I looked at info on buying this card upon arrival at Narita but it is still not clear to me. This card allows you to ride on the Tokyo metro and Toei lines in Tokyo right?
How about subway lines in Osaka?

The Suica is compatable with PASMO and is usable on virtually all trains in Tokyo.
No, it is not valid on Osaka Subway, but valid on JR West trains in the Osaka area.
