Hi! We have a big dancing festival in Sendai on 6-7th in October. It is called 'Michinoku YOSAKOI Matsuri'. The city will be crowded with people. this is a website of it in Japanese. http://www.michinoku-yosakoi.net/ If you'd like to see a traditional temple and nice view, I recommend Matsushima.
