Hello:
How do you pronounce the first two characters (k)?
From Jim Breen's, the second part is pronounced as kyousei.
I guess it means something like straightening hair.

k is read "shukumou," meaning "curly/wavy hair." is, yes, "kyousei," meaning "to correct," so put together it means "hair straightening" :)
