Which city sells cosmetics at a less expensive price?
I will be in Kyushu area and Nagoya, etc...
I hear stuff are cheaper in Kyushu, is that right?

I'm afraid but I don't think there's a big difference in cosmetic prices...
All I can say is try "drug stores" not department stores. They often sell cosmetics at discounted prices.
