Is there a direct ferry from Iriomote (Ohara Port) to Kohama? I was able to find a timetable for ferries leaving from Ishigaki, but I'm plannig to go from Ishigaki to Iriomote to Kohama and then back to Ishigaki.

No, there seems to be no direct ferry from Iriomote to Kohama. Kohama seems to be connected only from Ishigaki.
